Wishing you health and happiness in the new year






It requires a little effort on regular basis on health care, but returns are hefty.Do make a resolution to do a lot of Reiki.It will build up a lot of energy in your system.Also use this energy for doing some physical exercises.I personally do yoga,evening walk and meditation in addition to Reiki.Do what suits you but DO IT
